The new version of the mobile application for IOS (55.0.2) have been release and is available for the client to download via the Appstore. The fix resolved the error that happen after the authentication.

The bank informed us that they have identified the issue and plan to release a fix this Wednesday 07/10. The user will need to update their app.

Crédit Agricole has informed us of an ongoing disruption affecting authentication through its mobile application on iOS (app version 55.0.0). This may impact new connection setups and reconnecting existing connections for users authenticating via the iOS app. Crédit Agricole is currently working on a fix, and we will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
