On the evening of Tuesday, September 8th, 2026, at 6:07PM a service disruption affected authentication on the Algoan platform, temporarily preventing the processing of requests that require an authentication token. The disruption followed an unusually rapid increase in traffic on the platform.
The additional computing resources needed to absorb that increase could not be obtained from our cloud infrastructure provider in the region we operate in. With insufficient capacity available, the platform applied its automatic allocation rules and temporarily stopped the components identified as lower priority, including the authentication service, due to a priority miss configuration issue on our side. No data was lost or altered, and access was never granted incorrectly. All issues have been fully identified, addressed, and resolved at 6:32PM.
Algoan is committed to continuously improving our technology and operational processes to prevent future disruptions. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the impact on your organization and users. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. Sincerely, Algoan’s tech team.
